Nightmare Before Christmas: Jack Skellington
Ah, well. I was planning to show off this little doll last Christmas but apparently, I have no sense of timing whatsoever. Sooo, I’m showing it now anyway. XD
Someone had asked me to make a Jack Skellington doll, and after some days spent trying to figure out how the whole outfit thing was going to look (Jack is thin and gangly while all my dolls are all short and stubby) here’s what I managed to come up with:
some black felt cloth for some of the details of his clothing as well as his eyes, and I sewed on white vertical yarn lines up and down his suit. Nose and smile have also been sewn on. I was actually expecting this to be a little more difficult than I had expected, and it was pretty fun to do! Maybe next time I’m going to trya Sally doll just so jack can have some company!

I haven’t yet – I usually have constant orders, so I’m not usually able to squeeze in time for dolls I want to make for the sake of making them anymore. ^^;;;
