Breakfast at Tiffany’s: Holly Golightly
I have to admit that I am a huge fan of old Hollywood movies. Mae West, Marx Brothers, Greta Garbo, Rock Hudson, James Dean, It Happened One Night, Casablanca – there’s something about the stars then that a lot of the stars now don’t quite have.
I’m also a huge fan of Audrey Hepburn, who I think is still the most beautiful woman to have ever been in Hollywood. So when a customer asks for a Holly Golightly doll, I can’t really refuse.
Small little crystal beads serve as her trademark diamond tiara, and small pearl beads serve as her mini-necklace! I would have placed a tiny cigarette holder as well (maybe even a clay bagel if I could find one), but the customer said not to.

While I am not a big fan of many old classics (e.g. Casablance leaves me cold), there are a few that I think are timeless, and I certainly agree about Audrey Hepburn, although my favourite movie of hers would have to be Charade rather than Breakfast At Tiffany’s.
